After starting out as a cold calling insurance agent, Paul began puchasing many agencies while always maintaining financial control. This resulted in his company being the 15th largest privately held insurance agency in the country, with a staff of over 500 and 17 offices throughout the US. After selling his company, Paul became involved in various charities.

Bill Frick attended Cornell University (HRIM) from 1962 - 64, transferred to Michigan State University, graduated with BA Business administration 1966.
He worked in the hotel and restaurant industry, first as management trainee at Illinois Bell Telephone, then top salesman for W.H.Brady Co for 5 years. In 1975 he started William Frick & Co.
Experience as Manufactures Rep, Broker, manufacturer in decal and nameplate industry. Familiar with most types of printing and artwork production. Sales and sales management experience. Exit strategy experience. Instrument rated multi engine pilot with over 5,500 hrs PIC.
