Trial Lessons to Be Learned from the Movies, Including My Cousin Vinny 

Although the movie “My Cousin Vinny” aired in 1992, the examinations that were on display in that movie adopted techniques in cross examination that are only now being adopted by top trial lawyers across the country, such as Patrick Malone in his recent book “The Fearless Cross Examiner.” Come join Judge Carl Schuman, Patrick Tomasiewicz and Jamie Sullivan in exploring the ways examinations in that movie and others can teach us to be better trial lawyers.

Neither the Connecticut Judicial Branch nor the Commission on Minimum Continuing Legal Education approve or accredit CLE providers or activities.  It is the opinion of this provider that this activity  qualifies for up to 4.0 hours toward your annual CLE requirement in Connecticut.
