About our Presenters
Lynne McDonald is Vice President, Treasury Services at Eastern Bank. She has 14 years of experience advising their commercial customers. Lynne takes a consultative approach with customers to review their accounts and receivable processes, investment strategies, bank information reporting needs, and fraud security protections. She conducts educational seminars on banking fraud and cash management best practices. Lynne is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) in the field of cash management.
Michelle Lord is Senior Vice President at Eastern Insurance. With over 27 years’ experience, she has become Eastern’s go to advisor for insurance to cover unique exposures associated with cyber risk, crime and ransom, business interruption, and D&O liability. Michelle works with her clients to identify insurance coverage gaps and recommend customized solutions to their needs. Michelle holds designations as an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).
