MDT COORDINATOR TRAINING

PRESENTED BY THE CHILDREN'S ADVOCACY CENTERS OF ILLINOIS

Please join us for our 2^nd annual MDT Coordinators Training. This training will not be a repeat of the first training and you do not need to have attended the first training to attend.

Breakfast is provided by the hotel and the $25.00 covers lunch for both days as well as snacks. Dinner is on your own.

The cost of the hotel has been taken care of and CACI will make your reservation when you register for this training.

Registration and hotel reservations will be accepted up to November 16, 2018 

REFUND POLICY

Any changes or cancellations after Nov. 16th will be the responsiblilty of the participant or their Agency.   

NO refunds (partial or full) will be given after November 16th
