Understanding your company’s key cost drivers can make or break your business. In this workshop we will share a series of cases and business success stories to illustrate key financial concepts.

You’ll hear the story of the billionaire who travels by bus and the two brothers who discovered the assembly line of food business model. You’ll hear how a Texas-based company built a business model to achieve a favorable Cash Conversion Cycle.

We’ll share the story of two retail businesses - one in a very bad location, one in a really good location - to illustrate who is more successful and most importantly, why. You’ll discover why in the food and restaurant business few companies make it and recognize why the rest don’t.

Topics will include:

  • Understanding your Profit & Loss
  • Understanding your Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) and discovering the key to a healthy cash flow
  • Recognizing your business performance levers and learning to identify key performance indicators and understanding how measuring and monitoring these levers will be key to succeed in business
