Selling 101

Build it and they will come, right?  Not necessarily.  No matter how much someone may want what you have to offer, you still have to sell it to them.

Sales is the lifeblood of any business. Selling is part art form and part science, and all sellers can learn new skills and enhance existing ones.

This seminar will introduce such topics such as:

  • Differences between sales and marketing
  • The power of questions
  • Conducting effective sales conversations
  • Why not to fear customer objections
  • The sales skills that really set you apart from your competition

Presenter: Mike Macioci, M.S.A. CRPC®

Mike Macioci is a 35 year sales professional with a strong background in sales coaching. He currently provides sales coaching to sellers who are seeking to improve their effectiveness.  He has conducted over 1,000 coaching sessions in the last three years.

 Mike has a Masters in Human Resource Management from Western Connecticut State University and a designation as a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor from the College for Financial Planning. In addition, Mike also holds badges in Advanced Sales Coaching and Digital Learning Transformation from IBM.
