Effective Communication Between the Generations - How this Can Increase Your Business 

The purpose of this program is to create more effective work relationships and improve business results by applying generational understanding to workplace challenges. With a better knowledge of how to communicate across the generations you can create better relationships with your prospects and customers, thus increasing your bottom line.
