This small business legal seminar is designed for startups as well as those already in business. When your business changes and grows you need to be prepared to respond to those changes. This is a unique seminar for someone concerned about some of the tricky legal issues when starting and managing their business.

About the Speaker:

Tushar Shah

Mr. Shah holds Engineering degrees from the University of California at Berkeley, and Masters of Business Administration and Juris Doctorate degrees from Pepperdine University. He is a seasoned business advisor and practicing attorney, with over three decades experience providing counsel for numerous businesses and investors with respect to general business law; corporate and partnership law; intellectual property and licensing law; day-to-day business operations including contract law and negotiations, immigration and employment law; international tax law; real estate law; and estate planning, trust and probate law. Mr. Shah has served in various senior technical, management and legal capacities for firms throughout the United States and Asia. He remains a member of a number of corporate Boards.
