He is a seasoned business advisor and practicing attorney, with over three decades experience providing counsel for numerous businesses and investors with respect to general business law; corporate and partnership law; intellectual property and licensing law; day-to-day business operations including contract law and negotiations, immigration and employment law; international tax law; real estate law; and estate planning, trust and probate law.
