Plants of the Moors and Mires for Beginners - Part One: Flowering Plants 

Join the Exmoor Mires Partnership for a session focusing on the basics of botanical identification of mire plants. Learn how to split plants into broad groups and how to identify some of the more showy species likely to be encountered on Exmoor. A session aimed at building confidence in those with little or no previous experience of botanical identification.

A day split between the classroom at the Pinkery Centre and the mires nearby. Bring outdoor clothing and a packed lunch.

Cost £5 per person - which contributes to the CareMoor for Exmoor scheme, supporting heritage, nature and access projects on Exmoor. Discounts available for Exmoor National Park volunteers.
