We're offering four classes about how to use QuickBooks online version in a series Wednesday evenings in February.
We'll cover the basics and insights to Getting Started, Bills and Banking, Sales Receipts, Sales Tax, Reporting, and Time Entries.
The cost is $100.00 for all four classes or $35.00 for each. Classes are limited to 15 attendees.
Wednesday, Feb 6th at 6:00 PM CST; Getting Started class will cover using QuickBooks online version for small businesses who want to learn the basics. We'll cover creating a company, navigating, preferences, entering customers, jobs and vendors, chart of accounts and how to manage lists.
Wednesday, Feb 13th at 6:00 PM CST; Bills and Banking class will cover using QuickBooks online for small businesses who want to learn; vendor bills, entering and paying bills, working with registers, reconciling a bank statement, credit cards, equity, and equity accounts.
Wednesday, Feb 20th at 6:00 PM CST; Sales, Receipts and Sales Tax class will cover using QuickBooks online for small businesses who want to learn; invoicing, item lists, pricing, recording customer payments, deposits, setting up sales tax, applying and paying sales tax.
Wednesday, Feb 27th at 6:00 PM CST; Reporting and Time class will cover using QuickBooks online for small businesses who want to learn; types of reporting, creating and customizing reports, saving and exporting reports, filtering reports and tracking time.
