Simple Steps for Growing Your Business
Congratulations! You’ve achieved your big dream – starting your own business. Now it’s time to move to the next step and make your business even more successful.
In this workshop, you will learn how to assess your current business, develop a plan for growth, and then execute that plan. The five key areas we will focus on are human resources, marketing, sales, finance, and operations. We will talk about industry life cycles and you will prepare your individual business needs assessment.
If you’ve been in business for at least one year, this workshop is for you.
Please arrive at 5:45pm to complete your Business Needs Assessment Form and to network. The presentation will begin promptly at 6:00 pm
This workshop is presented by SCORE Boston and Gloria Spence. Gloria is a SCORE counselor was the former Director of Finance- Northeast Region for Hearst Television (WCVB TV)
