Mike Profit, MBA, is currently working towards a CFP® designation in Financial Planning with MassMutual Greater Philadelphia - Delaware office. Mike was formerly a self-employed consultant, co-developing a new employee-training program for 1,200 associates for a privately held retail chain in Delaware. Prior to this, Mike was the North American Marketing Manager at a global company covering key hosiery and sock manufacturers and brands.  Working with many small businesses (Socks & Hosiery), including start ups, Mike provided guidance and support with research & development, product prototypes & development, manufacturing, operations, sales & marketing.
