Understanding numbers  will help a small business owner read their company's financial reports and gain a better picture of their company's operations.

Accounting information is used to make business decisions such as expanding current operations, purchasing equipment, estimating future sales or reviewing new business opportunities.

Financial statements communicate the financial health of the business to all interested parties, partners, investors, creditors and government. It is a way of assessing the assets, liabilities, cash flow and the value of the business.

In this workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of developing and growing a successful business, how to manage your cash flow effectively, understand  what these statements say about your performance, identify areas to improve your business’s profitability with best strategies to boost your sales and engage new customers.
The topic will also include how to choose and set up the right structure for your business.

Every business owner who works hard and finds that his business is not making as much as he/she expected should attend this workshop.
