Winning: What Will Really Determine Whether Your Business Succeeds or Fails

Workshop Overview:

Please join our community of entrepreneurs for a session with Dan Wallace who has a passion for getting leadership teams aligned, focused, disciplined, and accountable. Dan will be sharing the essentials of running a business effectively through an interactive workshop with attendees. We’ll also have one of his clients who have been growing successfully, Farmer’s Fridge, a Make City tenant, on-site to share their experience in engaging with Dan and his team.

From this workshop, you will learn:

1)      How to build a strong, healthy team that brings the concept of “right people, right seats” to life

2)      How to get your entire team aligned, disciplined, accountable and focused on results

3)      How to beat your competitors by getting much more done in much less time
