ABOUT DOV After a decade spent living in Manhattan, sleeping on friends’ couches and desperately trying to raise funds to write and direct films; Dov’s persistence ran out before the money came through and he fled to the Bay Area with $90 and an overnight bag. After two years managing an eyeglass shop, Dov was introduced to the MBTIŽ through an organizational team building session, and nothing was ever the same. In short order, Dov quit the store and was certified in the MBTI from Otto Kroeger. For over 13 years Dov has been living and working in the Bay Area as a leadership coach, team builder and organizational consultant. Deep in his bones Dov believes that we do not see the world as it is, we see it as we are. Which is why his passion for his profession lies in providing people with the framework and language to recognize who they are, manage themselves accordingly, and bring inner peace to themselves and to their relationships. ABOUT DAVID & RON David and Ron have been together for almost 15 years and married for 10 of those. Both are self-employed, David is a career coach and Ron is a marketing specialist. David has been active in BAAPT since 2006. Both of them enjoy traveling around the world and entertaining friends at home. David has ENFP preferences, Ron ESFJ. |
