Leadership - What Kind of Leader are You?

As a small business owner, you are a leader of your organization. Do you have a clear idea of the leader you’d like to be? Do you have a clear vision of where you, your employees and your business are going over the next five years? A clear direction, or vision, can make a company successful and a lack of one can be ruinous.

This workshop will allow you to create a clear vision of the leader you want to be so you can guide your business on its road to success.

In this half-day workshop, Scott Bohart will help you:

  • Come up with a clear vision that makes you feel excited
  • Make it so that you can tell anyone about it
  • Feel what it will be like to succeed in this goal

Here’s a quote from a client of Scott’s:

“Scott has helped me to identify the best long-term career path for my lifestyle, and has helped me define a clear path to achieve those goals. It's work on my part as well; this isn't a fire-and-forget kind of program. But in working with Scott, I'm finding great insight into my own limitations and developing the tools to get around those limitations.

“I definitely recommend Scott's program for anyone who is struggling to achieve a goal.  Retraining your mind to support your efforts is the key to long-term, long-lasting success, and Scott's programs are a very effective means to get you over that hurdle.”

Led by Scott Bohart of Move Ahead

Scott’s work has been influenced by his experience with NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming.  Since 2007, he has been able to use the NLP techniques that help his clients to stay calm, think clearly, keep fit, make money and lead people successfully.  NLP is a technique to improve attitude and motivation.  Clients are able to see things from different perspectives and are thereby able to feel more positive towards things that were previously a challenge.  This allows them to naturally work toward goals they previously thought difficult or impossible.
