Recruiting, Hiring and Managing Employees

Wednesday, June 12th from 1:00pm to 4:00pm

In this new workshop we will focus on key aspects of human resources that a business owner needs to know before hiring their first employee(s). We will talk through how to decide if you need employees, writing a job description, where to find candidates, how to interview, train and manage employees.  Do you need contractors, employees or temps?  The workshop will also provide useful information for business owners who currently have employees and are struggling with some of these topics.
