Joyce Schroeder, President of Flourishing Culture Consultants, is an organizational culture and leadership consultant. She has worked in the field for 20 years helping large and small organizations transform the way they work. A frequent guest speaker, she spoke at the Con Edison Strategic Issues Seminar in April, 2014 and at the 2012 and 2015 Earlham School of Religion Leadership Conferences. She recently completed her first book, Inwardly-Focused Outwardly-Effective Leadership.
