Our Presenter is Bill Pray:
In 1984, Mr. Pray was elected President of Barnett Brass and Copper Inc. in Jacksonville Fl, which at that time was a regional supplier of plumbing products to contractors. The revenues at the time were $25 million with approximately 50 employees. By 1996, after opening 36 Distribution centers, increasing product listing to include hardware and electrical products, and developing a telesales and outside sales force, the company under Mr. Pray’s leadership was able to increase it’s sales revenue to $300 million with approximately 1,500 employees. That same year, the company did an initial public offering and went public. In 2000 the company was sold to Interline Brands.  Mr. Pray stayed on with the company as Senior Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer until his retirement in 2007.

Bill Pray’s business specialties are Leadership, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain management, Product Branding and Import purchasing. Bill’s best business tips are never give up, be resourceful and except failure as a learning experience.
