This workshop will help participants examine diversity in a broad way including identifying various aspects of diversity and intersectionality. Participants will explore the origins of bias and the impact of unconscious biases to interactions with others and decision-making. Participants will leave the workshop with action plans to help create and sustain inclusive communities that positively embrace cultural differences.

Cogdell: Over 30 years' experience as an Organizational Development professional who leads teams, provides leadership coaching, develops individuals, facilitates courses, creates diversity and inclusion events, and improves work processes. Certified facilitator and trainer experienced with developing training material and delivering training for emotional intelligence, leadership, diversity, and communication for both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
