The Business Model Canvas is a strategic management and entrepreneurial tool that will help you describe, design, challenge, invent, and develop a successful business. SCORE will show you how the 9 key elements of this 1-page business plan gives you a working big-picture view of your business to help you better define your customers, costs, revenue streams and more.

Workshop Presenter: Bob Kerwin

Bob Kerwin is a Certified SCORE mentor whose career covered 3 decades at Hughes Aircraft/Raytheon in various management positions.  He co-owned a printing company (with his wife, Carol) and wrote the company's financial software.   He co-wrote their business plan and another for his small business.  Bob is currently a member of French Hospital's Foundation Board and Finance Committee. He has an MBA from Pepperdine and an MS in engineering from USC.
