Lawrence Drath, Esq.
Larry Drath is an experienced real estate attorney and expert in business entities structuring, partnerships, and joint venture agreements. Areas of expertise include arbitration of commercial agreement disputes. He is a graduate of NYU Law School and is a SCORENYC certified mentor.
Brendan J. Cohen
Brendan Cohen is an associate at Cleary Gottlieb. His practice focuses on intellectual property and corporate transactions. In addition, he has published articles in the field of international space law. Brendan joined the firm in 2013. He earned a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. from Yale University.
Alexandra K. Theobald
Alexandra Theobald is an associate at Cleary Gottlieb. She has experience in a wide range of commercial litigation and arbitration as well as corporate transactional matters, with a focus on Intellectual Property and Cybersecurity. Alexandra joined the firm in 2015. She earned a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.S.F.S., cum laude, from Georgetown University.
Madeline Baer, Esq.
Madeline Baer is an intellectual property attorney. She has a background as Partner and Counsel to major law firms in New York city. Her areas of expertise include patents, copyrights trademarks, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. She received a PhD From Yale University and a JD from Quinnipiac University School of Law and is a SCORENYC certified mentor.
David Winkler, Senior VP, Willis Tower Watson
David Winkler is a commercial lines insurance broker, with a specialty in insuring small to mid-sized companies. His focus has been on real estate, manufacturing/importing and food service. He received a BS in Economics and Insurance from the Wharton School.
