Overview
Are you having trouble getting this done? Small business owners wear many hats. They may have limited staff or employees to help them manage and grow their businesses. Your team may be not only your in-house staff but contractors, vendors, community resources, business partners, funders and other people you need to grow your business.
Through large and small group discussions, simulations/role plays, peer group learning and Q&A, you will learn about how to build teams, develop and retain people, create a performance culture and generally create a company that attracts the best resources.

Instructor: Claude Trahan, Esq.
Claude Trahan is an executive and lawyer. He was formerly lead human resources officer and senior operations executive at a large energy company. Areas of expertise include human resources, business management and strategic planning.
Claude has an extensive legal background in a variety of settings. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
