Ladies Who Launch
Ladies Who Launch will focus on women's unique business challenges, seek to empower women to engage in entrepreneurship with renewed confidence, whether as founders, funders, or team members.
At the end of the Women's Conference Participants will be:
Empowered and connected
Confident incorporating Laughter as a leadership tool
This conference will empower women to engage & unite to draw connections and support from one another with a primary goal to identify values, demystify "Having it All" and setting priorities.
Participants will work to look inside themselves and walk away with a plan going forward. Be prepared to be challenged as the next generation of strong and fearless women!
Score will showcase and assemble business partners in a Marketplace forum with representatives from Woman in Business organizations as well as those from Federal, State, and local agencies including banks and Colleges that are supportive of small business owners to elevate participant awareness of these organizations.

Title: The Nature of Business Urban Wildlife Manager, and National Small Business Person of the Year, Rebecca Fyffe applies archetypes from nature to illustrate the lessons she learned while founding and growing successful companies.
Topical Roundtables: 11:15 am
Participants will be able to gain a diverse perspective on what it takes to succeed by engaging, education, motivating and inspiring one another in a robust discussion and knowledge exchange during the Roundtable.
These Roundtable knowledge exchange helps people accomplish goals more efficiently and effectively. Chose one of the topics from the drop-down tab on the registration form.
Noon: Luncheon & Featured Speaker - Beth Shapiro SCORE VP, Diversity and Inclusion
Title: "Women - Our Lives, Our Challenges". In this presentation we will discuss our roles as women in business in the home and in society. Be prepared to be challenged!
1:45 pm: "Funny Business" will feature creativity experts Karen Baruch, Tammy Higgins, and Brandon Hendrix who are researchers and have been studying humor in the workplace or what they call "Funny Business". In this informative and fun session, the group will walk thru the science behind humor, the benefits of humor in business and practical tips on how to deploy humor. Luckily, you don't need to be a comedian or have any special skills to get started! The group presented on humor at TEDx in May 2018 and returned as the emcee in 2019.
