Who should attend?
Small business owners and sales staff.

Overview

Small businesses are always looking for ways to ways to increase their visibility, connect with more prospects and close more sales. Connecting with prospective customers, establishing relationships and building trust are the keys to success. Sometimes it takes more than traditional networking techniques, cold calling and other techniques.  This event will give you the tools to turning every networking event or conversation into an opportunity to close more sales and meet your customer’s/client’s needs.

The Summit will explore building a successful business and leading your own sales team, by embracing who you are and how you can solve your customer’s issues, whether the client is an individual or another business entity. It gives an insightful overview on how to merge current data driven market trends with grassroots relationship-building to create the best customer experience.

At the end of this summit you will have the knowledge to:

  • Discuss strategies that help you identify and communicate with prospective clients and customers, including LinkedIn, effective telephone prospecting and networking
  • Describe how to motivate yourself and sales staff to enhance sales performance, starting actionable sales plans
  • Summarize business to business (B2B) sales fundamentals, including how to track progress toward a deal
  • Define 10 steps to change your B2B sales efforts
