Richard Rose began his career in retail home furnishings. Over the course of 30 years he served as President and CEO of Town House Contemporary Furniture while opening 9 locations. From management and sales training to marketing and human resources, he’s gained hands-on experience in every aspect of a retail business. In addition, Richard has been a commercial landlord throughout most of his career.

Ira Wolpert has been a practicing attorney and partner in several area law firms for more than 50 years. He’s represented individuals and companies with a wide range of issues related to all forms of business. Additionally, Ira has served as a bankruptcy trustee and certified bankruptcy mediator with extensive experience advising failing businesses or individuals undergoing financial difficulties.
