Intellectual Property: Patent, Trademark, Copyright Law 

This program will briefly discuss intellectual property interests: defining what intellectual property is and providing descriptions of copyrights, trademarks, patents and non-disclosure agreements. The uses of each type of intellectual property will be presented, discussing how to obtain them and the protections provided from holding them.

David Kreher is a Patent Attorney with more 17 years of experience with Patent litigation, Trade Mark issues, and Non-disclosure agreements.  He is licensed to practice in Oklahoma, Tennessee and Washington, D.C.  He also has experience with Contract development and interpretation and establishing new business entities.

David holds a Law degree as well as a doctorate in Geology from the University of Tulsa.
