We hear a few brief presentations, have a light breakfast. Then, you're on your way to visit 2-3 homes listed for sale nearby-- within a short walk or drive. As you check out houses you may want to purchase, you'll also be getting better acquainted with Dundalk's neighborhoods.

• Learn about our $10K home buyer grant program, and find out about home buyer certification and the other potential resources this may unlock for you in your home buying process.
• Meet a lender and a real estate agent with experience assisting first-time home buyers. Ask questions!
• Visit 3 - 4 homes on the market as you check out 1-2 Dundalk neighborhoods.
