Business Model Canvas and Business Plan

Santa Maria - June 28th, 2019

9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Starting a business? Growing a business? Business planning is THE roadmap to success. SCORE will show you two forms of business plans: the Business Model Canvas which gives you a one page, 10,000 foot overview of what your business does and the Traditional Business Plan which describes how your business operates and creates revenue. We will also talk about the two largest sections of business planning, marketing and financial projections.
