Many small businesses fail because of incorrect pricing or poor cost management.  This workshop will show you how to value your product or service, and devise a pricing strategy for sustainable profits.  It will help you understand your cost structure, respond to competitors, and build a sustainable competitive advantage. Whether you are already in business or just starting out, it will provide useful tips and relatable examples to help you in your planning.
