Stacey C. Kalamaras, is the Founding Partner of Kalamaras Law Office, LLC and a seasoned trademark, copyright and advertising attorney with nearly 30 years of branding experience. She helps small businesses identify, register, protect and commercialize their brands both in the U.S. and abroad, having worked for some of the world’s most beloved brands in more than 150 countries for clients in diverse industries. Prior to going to law school, Stacey was a brand manager and advertising director for the consumer-packaged goods industry. This valuable business experiences gives Stacey unique insight into understanding her clients’ business needs to provide more practical, legal advice. Stacey regularly educates attorneys and small business owners on trademarks and related branding issues.
Randy Micheletti is an experienced patent attorney who left one of the world’s largest law firms to help emerging companies build high-quality, cost-efficient global intellectual property portfolios through his own boutique firm, Incubate IP. Trained originally as an organic chemist, Randy developed and presented educational and entertaining science programs to hundreds of thousands of children, adolescents, and teachers, and later negotiated supply and marketing contracts as a product manager with Fisher Scientific (now Thermo Fisher Scientific) before attending law school in Chicago.
