Protecting your intellectual property assets is one of the most important steps any new and growing business can take.  But, how do you know which form of intellectual property is right for you and our business?  And how do you know how much to budget?  In this informative and engaging workshop, Randy Micheletti, President of Incubate IP will help you understand what a patent is, and when and how to file for patent protection in the United States and in foreign jurisdictions.  He will also address the importance of protecting your confidential information with non-disclosure agreements before you file for patent protection.

Equally as important to the growth of a company is the trademark or brand.  Stacey C.
