This workshop is designed to help entrepreneurs wishing to start or buy an existing business. The participants will also have an opportunity to meet one-on-one with a SCORE mentor to discuss their unique situation and network with other small businesses who are facing similar challenges.
In addition, the participants will have a chance to meet with a banker from Wallis Bank who will answer all their questions.

- Why is it for sale?
- Is it profitable and stable?
- Is money available for the investment?
- Can it support the owner and provide return on investment?
Presenter: Jeff Jones, SCORE Counselor and Certified Mentor
Jeff is President of Certified Appraisers, Inc. and manages the firm's multidiscipline appraisal practice that includes valuation of businesses, machinery & equipment and real estate. Jeff holds a Masters Degree from Pepperdine University and is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission and the Texas securities Commission.
