2019 annual southern Oregon short school. Pre-con Monday the 9th offers two Flagger certification sessions - 4-hours each (8:30-12:30 & 1:00-5:00). General sessions 9/10 thru 9/12 8:30-5:00 Vendor displays 9/10 from 12pm to 4:30pm & 9/11 from 9am-4:30pm **Flagger registration is at the bottom of this page**
