Learn To Create Your Own Marketing Plan - 11/19/19

A well-thought-out marketing plan is arguably the lifeblood of any business, generating initial business and then keeping the stream of customers coming over the life of the enterprise.  In this workshop, you’ll learn a foolproof process for developing an effective marketing plan designed to get great results.  We’ll examine:

  • What is your value proposition?  How does it fit into your marketing plan?
  • How do you conduct a market assessment and analyze the competition?
  • Who is your target market and how can you use information about them to drive your marketing plan?
  • How do you choose among all the available marketing channels (ads, social media, email, etc) and decide which ones will work best for you?
  • How can small businesses use the strategies behind big data to get reliable results within their own budget?
  • Who’s the best person to develop your marketing plan?

The program is offered as a half-day workshop so you’ll have time to ask questions and apply these principles directly to your own business, effectively starting your own marketing plan.
