Dimitri Olymidis
Dimitri Olympidis’s primary role is the VP of Central Enterprises for Family Express Corp and has been there nearly 10 years. Responsibilities include the corporate campus in Valparaiso which house the central Distribution Center, Bakery, Print Shop and corporate support staff. This campus supports the chain of 70+ conveniences stores that serve their customers throughout the entire northwest quartile of Indiana. He currently serves as the CVO on the Valparaiso YMCA Board.
Dimitri has been married to the love of his life, Crystal Olympidis, for 15 years and are the proud parents of three amazing children: Maria 14, Kosta 10, and Niko 3.
Dr. Danny Hayes 
Dr. Danny L. Hayes is native to NW Indiana and graduated from Portage HS. He received his undergraduate degree from Marian University in Indianapolis and attended Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia on a Navy Dental Corps Scholarship. Dr. Hayes is the founder and owner of Advanced Dental Concepts, with 2 locations in Crown Point and Portage IN.
Dr. Hayes resides in Valparaiso with his wife and business partner, Kathy, and their 3 beautiful children, Patrick, Riley and Daniel.
Wendy Race
Wendy Race is the founder/owner-operator of Brickies Gyros, a 4-year old eating establishment in Hobart, IN. Wendy’s first location on 3rd street was a small place that did mostly take-out orders, but had room for 8 people inside. The City of Hobart took the building for the expansion of 3rd Street and Wendy was forced to move to a new location which turned out to be a much larger place (seating for 55 people, + take-out + catering) in downtown Hobart.
Wendy, was born in Hobart, later moved to Crown Point but returned to her “Brickie” roots and is now a well-known food provider. Her move to her new location was the result of some good guidance and mentoring from SCORE and a good business plan that helped her get a commercial loan to purchase her new location.
Dr. Mary Tilak
Dr. Mary Tilak has been practicing medicine for over 17 years. Among her countless awards and contributions to Northwest Indiana, she is proudest of her practice and the connections she has made with her patients.
She graduated from Madras Medical College in Chennai, India and then did her Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Illinois/Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago.
Dr. Tilak is a diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM) and the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is a member of American College of Physicians, American Medical Association, National Lipid Association, and American Society of Bariatric Physicians.
