A One-on-One Learning Experience

ABOUT the workshop

Rather than taking a class about QuickBooks, SCORE is offering you a unique opportunity. Since these sessions are given on an individual basis, you are able to create your company, link with bank and credit accounts, and create financial statements. The data is yours to keep since it is created with your data for your company. We only support QuickBooks for Desktop (not the online version that is leased by the month). 

Individual sessions are usually held from 2–4 pm. Sessions are two hours in length. After registering the instructor will contact you to set up your actual appointment time. 

Please note: we do not teach the MAC version of QuickBooks. To attend this class you must bring a laptop loaded with QuickBooks.

Fee $40

SCORE will provide refunds for cancellations received 24 hours in advance of the start of an event. No refunds will be issued if the request is not received at least 24 hours in advance of the event, and no refunds will be issued for non attendance. Events are subject to cancellation. Fees will be fully refunded if SCORE cancels an event. To request a refund please email northmetroatl@scorevolunteer.org

ABOUT our Instructor 

Wendy Lerner, SCORE Volunteer

This hands on workshop is taught by Wendy Lerner, a SCORE volunteer. Wendy graduated from Mississippi State University with a BS in Accounting.  She passed the CPA exam in 1980.  Additionally she is a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and has taught QuickBooks at Chattahoochee Tech.

She has experience working with businesses in various industries and volunteers with AARP Tax Prep.
