Management & Leadership Seminar Series - Part 1 on 10/5, Part 2 on 10/19 - C0243

Hiring great employees is one of your most important decisions as a business owner. The right team can drive growth and success just as an unproductive team can cause business disruption. Good people management skills can be learned.

SCORE has developed a two-part management and leadership seminar series to help you become a better manager and leader. Attending both sessions of the series is recommended but either session can also be taken separately.

Session I on October 5th will cover:

•Developing Self Awareness of Your Management Style
•Listening and Reading Nonverbal Messages
•Providing Feedback to Increase Employee Performance

Session II on October 19th will cover:

•Leadership and Leadership Styles
•Conflict Management
•Negotiation
•Problem Solving

Each session is designed to provide ample time for participants to discuss and practice the interpersonal skills that lead to improved employee morale and productivity.

One class is $30, two sessions $45.

Be the best manager you can be.  Well managed employees will surpass your expectations!
