A solid business plan is essential to gaining access to capital and to truly understanding your business today and in the future.
This Business Plan workshop will walk you through the steps needed for most business plans.
It will help remove the confusion and fear and allow you to get started on your business plan today by providing sample questions about your business
The workshop will give you valuable and powerful tools to help guide you. Of special importance is the uniquely crafted Business Idea Feasibility Test. Other tools will guide you through marketing techniques including the confusing world of digital marketing (e.g., Search & Social Marketing).
Be prepared to leave with more confidence in your ability to write an effective business plan.
At the end of this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to meet SCORE certified mentors who are readily available to provide FREE and CONFIDENTIAL mentoring.

Arun has 30 years of experience with global engineering & construction companies. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Virginia (PE) and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI. Arun has a BS in Mechanical Engineering & Masters in Engineering Administration from GWU and an MBA in Finance from University of Kansas.
