Presenter. Tiara Flynn

Tiara was born and raised in Las Vegas.  She enlisted in the United States Air Force as an Aviation Resource Manager serving from 2007 to 2016. As President and Chief Executive Officer of Sumnu Marketing, Flynn is responsible for the company’s overall strategic direction and structure of daily operations. She provides expertise in the following areas: operations, administrative management, education/training, process development/improvement, leadership enhancement, and personnel development. Under Flynn’s leadership, Sumnu Marketing has increased revenue every year since 2012 by 10% or more, doubled its human resource capacity, and was named the SBA Family Owned Business for 2015 and the National Minority Supplier Diversity Council’s Supplier of the Year 2017.
