A Legal Seminar for Small Businesses: Protect Yourself and Your Business - 11/19/19 - C0450

This small business legal seminar is designed for business owners, whether already established or in the process of starting. When your business changes and grows you need to be legally prepared to respond to those changes. This is a unique seminar addressing key legal issues a business owner needs to consider when starting and managing their business.

Presenters

Irene Flack has worked in the local business community for 25 years, with experience working with businesses in many industries. Irene has a B.A. in business administration, and a J.D. from Empire College School of Law. Prior to opening her law office, Irene worked in commercial real estate lending, contracts, and small business finance. This real-world experience, coupled with legal skills, gives Irene a practical and broad-based approach to business and legal issues. Irene serves as chair for the local SCORE chapter.

Daryl Reese focuses on nonprofit law, business law, and civil litigation. As a former business leader and nonprofit executive, he brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to the business needs of business entities and nonprofit organizations of all types.  Daryl works with clients in navigating and applying Corporation Code in matters of governance, operating within the law, and protecting the personal liability of owners and leaders.
