Business Model Canvas:  How to Create a Transformative Business and Wow Your Customers 

During this workshop-oriented seminar we will explore the value proposition for your business and examine key activities and resources.  We will take a deep dive into understanding your customers' mindset and biggest challenges to determine how your business can provide the transformation your customers are seeking.  

Instructor:  Julie Snyder, a retired U.S. diplomat who worked in the field of international trade for more than 30 years. In all of her assignments to U.S. embassies in Canada, Asia and Europe, she promoted and implemented a wide range of trade agreements in support of the U.S. business community. Julie has a bachelor's degree in French and political science from the University of Minnesota and a master's degree in international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
