Support of
Your Business and Sales Plan

Ever wonder “how do I research an industry or understand the demographics of my business, or, how do I use a database to identify my competition and prospects?”

For many clients, market and industry research can be a challenge: “where do I start, what questions should I ask and where do I go for clear guidance without spending a fortune?” can often be a major barrier to good business planning and execution!

Come join us to get a clear view of the tools available in the Twin Cities Libraries to gain control of your research efforts and increase your success!

This terrific workshop will provide you with an overview of some of the most important research tools available including; Mergent Intellect, IBISWorld, A-to-Z Databases and ReferenceUSA. You’ll walk away understanding what each is, where they fit in your business building effort and your options to use these powerful resources.
