Meet Our Presenter:

A veteran of the aerospace industry, Lynda Prigodich, is known for visionary leadership and developing models of efficiencies. As CEO of Atlas Stamping and Manufacturing, Lynda has propelled the company onto a consistent growth trajectory. Her 30-year career at Atlas has proven her commitment to quality and excellence. Lynda has developed and implemented a turn-key quality program. She has secured ISO 9001 certification. Through her leadership, Atlas will be among a select few aerospace contractors that will reach a “gold’” manufacturing standard by 2020.

After spending nearly three decades in the industry, Lynda knows what drives success—attention to detail, highly skilled personnel, and a process of excellence. Atlas has become a harbinger of lean manufacturing processes. Lynda’s skill at negotiating a “Long Term Agreement” with Pratt and Whitney Aerospace fuels Atlas’ increase in revenue. Atlas works with additional key clients in the aerospace industry like UTC, Mitsubishi, and other large Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

Lynda’s insight into the industry led her to conceptualize and create Intuition, LLC, a game changing application for the aerospace industry, Intuition’s software application will streamline

the quality assurance process and reduce costs to aerospace contractors at every level. Intuition will revolutionize a cumbersome process while increasing revenue and reducing costs.

Lynda is an unremitting philanthropist and volunteer. She has served on The Plainville Town Council and is an Active Member of the Aerospace Components Manufacturers Group. Lynda is a valuable contributor to many other not-for-profit organizations. She was a keynote speaker for the Manufacturing Engineering Management Program, at the University of Connecticut’s School of Engineering and the keynote the Senior Executive Women’s Network.
