Simple Steps to a Well-Run Business - 11/18/2019 - C0440

You’ve survived. Now it’s time for you to thrive!

Owning and operating a small business can be overwhelming and frustrating. But with the help of SCORE mentors and your peers, you will see it can also be rewarding and successful.

Join your fellow small business owners in this series of three educational sessions and follow-up peer-to-peer learning roundtables where you decide the topics.

Important strategies you will learn include how to:

  • Operate: Learn strategies for business funding and operations,
  • Navigate: Discover how to take the time for planning strategic thinking,
  • Communicate: Develop or refine your “Core Value” and learn ways to communicate it to others.

This series is brought to you through a partnership between the SCORE Foundation and Canon USA.

The fee of $30 covers the full series of 3 weekly workshops beginning Nov 18th and you are encouraged to also register a guest for free.

Testimonials from prior workshop: "great examples of how to identify and develop your core value", "very knowledgeable and experienced presenters", "lot of benefit".
