Kathy Hearn is a highly effective Human Resources professional. Experience with establishing strategic priorities and aligning business objectives with employees and management. Proficient in HR policy and practices, research, sourcing, succession planning, competitive intelligence, networking and social media. With experience in corporate training and consulting and technological recruiting, adept in cultivating strong relationships with internal and external business partners and leading intelligence efforts for talent management and acquisition. Though human resources are my passion, a solid work ethic, opportunities to cultivate additional experience in contracts, facilities management, and finance administration.
