Workshop Overview: Gain clarity and momentum in business by developing a plan that is Strategic, Time-bound, Executable, Logical and Lean plan will drive Awareness and build Revenue streams (STELLAR).

You will Learn:

  • The importance of having a mission and core values in business

  • The difference between vision, objectives, and goals

  • What it entails to create an action plan

  • How to measure success specific to your business

  • The benefits of completing an internal SWOT Analysis

 

Meet Our Presenter:

Maryann is a Business Strategist & Action Coach.  Maryann is familiar with all stages of business development including managing pre-opening details of projects as large as a convention center and as small as a solopreneur.  She has 20 years of experience in business operations with roles such as Strategic Project Lead, Accounting & Human Resources Manager and B2B IT Specialist, to name a few.  She has successfully managed: spearheading performance management initiatives, managing suppliers, controlling six-figures budgets, writing RFP's, reviewing business plans, marketing plans, and financial analysis are just some of the internal measures she's successfully handled for employers and clients.

  2. Our workshops are PAPERLESS, so you will receive an email the day before the workshop linking you to any handouts. You should print it out or load it onto a laptop, tablet, or phone for viewing.

  3. Bring your cell phone as you will receive an email with a link to your workshop evaluation form. It will be sent to you toward the end of the workshop so you can complete it effortlessly online before you leave. Wi-Fi is available in most locations.

Please Note:

  1. You must register online for all workshops. No walk-ins will be allowed for any paid workshops because we do not have the ability to take payment on the spot.

  2. There will be absolutely no refunds for workshops.  

  3. Please arrive with enough time to get settled as every workshop will start promptly.

  4. Parking - will not be validated for workshops in Downtown Hartford. Please download the WOONERF App on your phone so that you can replenish the parking meter from your phone if you choose to park on the street and not have to leave the workshop or worry about getting a ticket. 

  5. Virtual Workshops are a two-step process.  Please make sure that you check your email and follow the instructions so you can get the login credential for the Zoom workshop session. Also, make sure you download the zoom.us app on your phone or computer before the start of the workshop.
