Learn how to manage prospects and opportunities through the sales funnel so potential sales don’t fall through the cracks, and your small business closes as many sales as possible.

You will Learn:

  • The key sales measure every owner needs to know

  • The key sales measure every business needs to manage

  • Automating to meet commitments to family and stakeholders
