Cash management is the efficient management                of cash in a business in order to put the cash to work
more quickly and
productively in applications
that produce income.

Cash flow is the lifeblood of a business and critical
for early start ups. Careful cash flow management
allows a business to estimate the amount of cash it
will have on hand at any one time and evaluate whether
a shortfall or surplus could occur.
Small businesses are hugely dependent on their cash
flow, and must either cut costs or scramble to find
alternative funding when they do not have cash.

Business owners need to have a good understanding of various financial reports to be able to make good and timely decisions to succeed in their businesses.

Who should attend this workshop?
All entrepreneurs that plan to start a business as well as  established business owners.

The presentation will explain:

  • Why records are necessary.
  • How to understand Profit & Loss reports, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement.
  • How to identify key performance indicators (KPI) and understand how measuring and monitoring them can help succeed in business.
