ONLINE July 2020 Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) & Odor Control Technician (OCT) 

Franchise owners and staff can attend training at no cost within the first year of opening their business.  No charge for Top Gun Franchisees & associates attending classes.  If these do not apply to you, then: FSRT is $100.  FSRT & OCT is also $100.   OCT is not offered independently.

Everyone that attends any Rainbow International training, unless you are an Owner or the spouse of an Owner, will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.  Owners and spouses are exempt because this was already disclosed/signed in the FDD and your agreement you signed when you first purchased your franchise.  The NDA is to help protect your franchise and the brand.  This document is from The Neighborly legal team and pertains to all concepts.  Once your employee(s) sign the document, we keep it on file and they will not be asked to sign it again as it applies for the life of their employment with you.  Your employee(s) must sign in order to attend any Rainbow International training.  Click here for the agreement.  Please email the signed copy to stacy.walters@nbly.com.

NO REFUNDS! Classes and /or Fees subject to change without notice

You will take one IICRC test online via Proctor Free.  There will be a $65.00 IICRC test fee collected upon registering for each test online.  Please complete the following by Tuesday, July 21st as this process can take up to three days.

1.       Check the class link no later than July 21st to ensure you have both video and audio. System updates may be requried. FSRT is Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. OCT is Thursday. Class is 9:30am central time to 3:30pm central time.

2.       Complete the required IICRC online Candidate Agreement no later than Tuesday, July 21st. You will be required to complete a candidate agreement for each class you plan to take the exam for; one for FSRT and a second for OCT.

3.       Register for EACH test with the IICRC no later than Tuesday, July 21st.  Register for the FSRT test then register for the OCT and pay the IICRC.  Rodney Harris is the instructor for both classes.

Regarding Proctor Free (i.e. Online Testing): The exams will be completed through Proctor Free - an online proctoring service.
