Why Should You Attend?

Are you interested in learning how to improve the performance and value of your business? Did you know that not understanding and managing cash flow is the primary reason businesses fail? Understnading cash flow is critical to the success of a business!

How Are The Sessions Conducted?

There will be two 2 hour sessions. They may be taken together for a fee of $25.00 or individually at $15.00. Session 1 will focus on the difference between cash flow and profit and understanding the meaning of various business ratios. Session 2 will show you how to manage your relationship with your banker and explain the loan request proccess. 

Each session will be conducted by a 35-year experienced loan and banking veteran. You will be given breakout periods to practice the presented material in a practice case.

What Will You Gain By Attending?


A "how to" understanding of managing income statements and balance sheets. The definition and uses of: current ratio, quick ratio, leverage ratio, debt service coverage and turnover ratios.

The bank loan request process and why they are accepted or denied. How to develop and manage a positive relationship with your loan officer.
